Of course, one can't go on roads where cars are going 65 or more....I suggested that the electric cars, or golf carts go on roads that are about 35 mph.....If that was the model where you live, my guess is it would be pretty relaxing for everyone even in the downtown area.

Unless you are saying that the speed limit is 65+ in the downtown area...in which case............YYYIKES!
