D'oh! Yah, they didn't have phones then did they? :-)

edit: hadn't heard they finally got rid of the telephone tax that dated back to the Spanish-American War. Took em 100 years to do away with that temporary emergency measure, maybe in 2042 or 3 they'll do away with withholding...
