No. You do not understand. The loan principle has already been paid for in stock. The financiers can do whatever they chose with it. Monthly payments on interest, penalties, etc will increase outstanding share quantities from now on for three years or more..... millions of shares each month. Eventually, the authorized share pool will be gone from paying this mess off and will have to increase or reverse split..... at least once, if things go perfectly and no more convertible debt is realized.

If you had hundreds of millions of shares of SFNN at a 50% discount and knew that these deals destroy share price in incredible fashion; and knew you would have an endless supply of this stock coming at you for 3 years.......... what would you do? Short, short, short; or sell, sell, sell; or both.

Barron sold shareholders down crappo creek for a few million bucks. End of story.
