The trial has not started. Roche/amgn are trying to add claims in and throw out claims before the start of the trial. Roche ask for claims to be thrown out and the judge said yes/no. This is the not end. Plan B comes into play. Bassically claims are looked at technically from pass/fail test. Can this claim be throw out??? It may be fought from another direction entirely. You can have 50 different points of view for each claim and the court has to sort it out. There are no winner or losers yet. Cards are still close to the chest. Some act as if the trial is over. Well it has not started yet.
