My co-worker from Figi said they eat it like ginger. She did say she hasn't seen it sold in the fresh form in the states. She also said it has strong dyes and stains everything bright yellow. She laughed about having a fluorescent yellow GI tract.

I find it pretty interesting that she doesn't know any fellow Figi natives or relative with Alzheimer's.

I will immediately start eating more Indian foods!! LOL
I like most Indian food so it's not a problem for me..........there are also many Indian restaurants in my area that serve the traditional dishes.

Curry is one of my favorite dishes tho the Thai red and green kind probably doesn't contain the same herbs.

The yellow curry is fine !!
