In general I'd agree with that statement. (They seem mostly neutral in that regard.... I have LONG supported replacing the UN with an institution that has two 'houses', one apportioned by population, and the other apportioned by GNPs... and with an expanded, but more workable Security Council.)

However... I'm not sure what any of that has to to with the previous post, Peter, concerning PAKISTAN's supplying of nuclear weapons technology to North Korea?
