Hey Stan- I bet the spaghetti sauce will be good! I had two recipes I used to make when the kids were small. One uses applesauce, and I can't find it. The other is called LIttle Cheddar Loaves, and they loved this. I baked it in those tiny loaf pans, but you could do it as one large loaf, or even place the small loaves next to each other in one pan. 1 lb. gr beef 1/2 c uncooked oats 1 tsp salt 1 egg 1/4c chopped onion 1 cup grated cheese. Shape into 6 loaves. Put in whatever pan you want. Mix: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp mustard 2/3 c catsup and pour over loaves. Bake at 350 for 45 min or so.
