Chris, another cause of so many frivolous lawsuits is the whole "victim" mentality here in America. Everyone is a victim. Those who spill their hot coffee all over themselves are "victims." Same with those who bought into sky-high stock valuations, only to lose their bets. Or a black firefighter who had a prank played on him. I repeat: Filing a lawsuit is as easy as walking off a cliff.
