since the Court never tested Fitz's claim...his opinion is no more valid than mine or yours..... More dissembling, and non sequitur to boot. These are your words: "if Plame was indeed covert and Fitz thought he could prove it...he would have filed charges..." This is the lie, the willfully misleading statement. You can't defend yourself so you change the subject, pretend we're talking about something else. That's dishonest too. Fitz said in court he thought Plame was covert and he offered an unclassified CIA summary of her employment to back it up. He also said in court that Plame's status was not the reason he didn't file charges, making you... a liar... SD
