That's really interesting. I get terribly sick when I eat corn that is not organic. I get violently ill- symptoms last more than 24 hours after exposure now, and I don't need a very large quantity to set me off. You are lucky to have discovered your food sensitivity. It took me years to find out what was making me sick- and none of the many tests I had in the US uncovered it.
