Yesterday i wrote about a security I was trying to buy......here is the proper characterization of what happened taken from the article just published;
"Because if true, the prime brokers have bastardized the system, and converted it from an auction market for goods (equity securities) to a confidence scheme wherein they take your money and simply lie to you about delivering anything. A con game. A lie."

I know that they didnt match my purchase, sometimes the system just slips up and forgets to count the volume. OH my the routine has an auditor now, lets see what unfolds. We'll be able to tell by focusing on Hard to buy, just how serious the broker dealers are about representing truthfully customer money and the handling of customer inventory, within the framework of thier own advertising, to solicit the publics money in the first place.
