Wheat...breads, pasta (large field of players there, like doughnuts noodles spaghetti). Oatmeal is a different grain, but it has gluten in it as well. Gluten is the thing to track. Some folks just can't digest it, and I think if a large survey was done, blood type Os are many of the group.

We found some really great enzymes at this website...http://www.candidasupport.org/compare_candida_products.html?gclid=CMypucfAso0CFSVtYAodRC3lxQ

Its also where we ordered the stuff for the candida cleanse we're on. Expensive up front, but if you're looking down the road for a cleaner state of health, and less to worry about, not so expensive.
I think its worth it just to eliminate what ISN'T the cause of the problem you're chasing. Sometimes knowing what it isn't is just as valuable a piece of information. (Assuming the candida problem isn't in your particular problem recipe) I troubleshoot electronics all day. Probe and assess, learn how it works, and try to figure out what isn't playing. It bleeds through into everything I do.
Our metabolisms were stuck hard, but in the last 5 weeks we've both dropped 9 pounds. We probably weren't digesting what we ate, and now already we've noticed we aren't as hungry and we tend to eat less.

I just got back from the Farmer's Market, whoa I could eat my weight in those grapes!
