They have used investor money to secure and ongoing business (that does not make use of the LACC incidentally) which will likely guarantee their semi-retirement income at little or no cost to themselves. They have implemented Nevada incorporation to protect themselves from their own shareholders who cannot cause an AGM to take place, let alone get straight answers and detailed information from any company official. And do you hear anyone from ACHI talking about the pps? They seem to be content to forget the fact that they are a publicly traded company and do have some accountability and responsibility to the shareholders. Perhaps a class action suit would get their attention? IMHO ... I truly wonder?" kezman
