If a Bush-Cheney clone pair is elected in 2008, their swearing in should include truth in advertising, i.e. "We swear to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States except when we think it interferes with the Executive carrying out National Security Policy as we and only we see fit."

That's what we have now.
