This is classic abuse of power and the assumed ignorance of the population. All politicians involved in this should be asked if the fertilize their lawns? While we are at it - how much added fertilizer is being used to grow all the corn for ethanol. The political class of this country has descended into the abyss uselessness. Add stuff like this to the new opposition to coal fired power plants and we have a looming energy/economic disaster in the making.
