It is about the strangest place I've ever seen. Such stunning beauty coming in from the ocean side, such extreme divergence of wealth and poverty on the mainland in and around downtown, a third world barrio in many respects outside of the business main business district and the beaches.. Only the wealthy from South America who still don't own there in a depreciating dollar environment are going to support these expensive condos near term. Long term Miami is destined as the Hong Kong of the Americas.. Meanwhile a whole generation of investors gets wiped out this cycle waiting for it too happen.
