DVDW you bring up a very interesting company and area for speculating in. I was not familiar with the company till you mentioned it here. I am familiar with Sir Richard Branson and his vision and resolve for space travel.

> Big integrators are rich from DOD spending, this area needs monitoring.

I agree as many investors would find this area far out for current investing. The big Defense companies must look ahead to the future, because they know it’s the future for them.

I'll bring up a few more names to go along with yours. I’m more familiar with these names. I don't know the current status where they sit on the totem pole for this area. I do know they all supply products that would fit this area. I haven't done any DD on these recently. It will be interesting to look more in depth just where they stand today.

The first has to be Orbital Sciences Corp. (ORB). I remember when this company was just about left for dead. At a quick glance, its fortunes have revived quite nicely.

I have to mention this company. I've been in and out quite a bit in the distant past. Its had two successful bankruptcies in the past. Hexcel Corp. (HXL) makes the light weight composites needed in such areas.

The third, American Pacific Corp. (APFC). This company makes the fuel for space travel (Hydrazine). The Olin spin off, Arch Chemicals use to make it , but from memory, sold that part off.

Some past historical news.

BTW-GFF -Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF).A past SITT pick and one I've sold. I'm looking to get back into just because of it's gem Telephonics division and recent shareholder activism.
I also sold former sit pick ADG long ago. The company seems to be in distressed shape currently.
