You're welcome!

I'm no doctor, but I do believe we should stay informed as much as we are capable. It takes decades to pull all the medical relationships together that are alive in the anatomies. It seems like I always have something else to read. What I find interesting is that so many chemicals in our system are used in so many places, and fine balances are in place. Sometimes taking a supplement for one thing makes something else suffer.
A quick example would be taking DHEA for increase in lean body mass. But investigation uncovers, that reaction utilizes HDL for production of other compounds needed to achieve that end. These days, people are worried about the HDL levels being high enough, and some one overweight, with high blood pressure, starting a training period, thinking DHEA will help achieve lean body mass, may in fact be helping his own march of Arteriosclerosis because HDL keeps that reaction slow.http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/dhea.html

So many feedback loops!
We do have stay educated about even the simplest things.

No telling what I've overlooked.
