WTG, Jammie!
I have been terrible recently because of our family crises, and I can tell the difference in how I feel. Energy low, stomach not as happy.
Am going on two days of nothing but veggies and fruit and grains, no meat, to try to feel "cleaner".

Nadir was yesterday- we had eggs, sausage, biscuits for breakfast. I skipped the eggs and had OJ and a banana, but did eat a slice of sausage and a biscuit with Promise and sugarfree jam.

But then we went to the movies and had MOVIE POPCORN LOADED WITH GREASE AND SALT and COKES. I felt AWFUL by the end of the movie. Skipped dinner until about 10 pm when I realized I was hungry and found some leftover steak and mashed potatoes in the frig. SO it was a very bad day.

I think the planning is the most important part. If you wait til you're hungry, it's too late. Then you find yourself doing what I did.
My great weakness is pasta.
