Have you ever heard of Helio, Loopt, TeleNav, VZ Navigator, Where.com or Disney Family Locator? If you haven't, they're all technology operations that use GPS to provide a unique service to their growing customer base.
Now, I'm not going to sit here and tell you which one is going to be the next big thing. After all they're all entering a highly competitive market and offer very similar services. But with the kind of growth they're all seeing, there has to be an investment opportunity.
That’s not all. Now we’re seeing much larger players really start to move into this sector. Nokia, Ericson, Motorola, Hewlett Packard and every major cellphone and electronics manufacturer are jumping on board. Clearly, they see the growth there and they all don’t want to get left out.
