I've been buying the whole wheat or whole grain brands recently. ANd yes, I have been known to consume 12 oz all by myself. I LOVE PASTA!!!! Right now I am cooking a spaghetti squash, which I will eat with Promise and fresh grated parmesan. Thank you for asking about my inlaws! ANother bad week. He started vomiting blood and then he tried to get up by himself and fell, and wound up in ICU. Tests showed he has an ulcer. (what next?) They will keep him a day or two and then send him back to rehab. I have started gathering information on nursing homes in their area. I don't think she is going to be able to bring him home, and this is very very hard for both of them so they will need a lot of support, and maybe some intervention. I am not convinced longevity is such a wonderful thing. CErtainly not once your health goes.
