I was @ 14-15% physical + certicates , but new cash from PE exit disturbed the allocation %s.

I was high cash, now, assuming all ought to come in actually materializes, I am very high cash, and readying for depression of biblical proportion.

the danger is acute, and potential very bad, so no point to take any chances.
