So what kind of news is it going to take to hoist the DOW decisively over 14k once and for all?
Or what has yet to be a cause?
Seems without some unexpected positive surprise, there's more reason to stay bearish than ever as the markets find a ceiling.

HBs no longer taking two steps forward and one step back. More like one half step forward and four steps back. It remains to be seen if the markets will follow the HBs. I think despite all the talk of global support, we get our hard fall and wallow like Japan did. We're a service economy that greatly lags in innovation and technology. I don't think we'll be exporting burger-flipping retirees anytime soon.
DOW 13966 and clawing for support
