While the danger of a sharp drop in all asset prices may be high now, I don't see the potential as terrible - maybe 5-15% drop in about 2/3 the asset classes.

You are expecting a huge drop in liquidity, and a crash of more than 20% in about 90% of assets classes ?

I expect it will take more than the CURRENT sub prime problem to cause this. Maybe when all the next X Billions of adjustable mortgages reset...
