Jay, was concerned that the weakness in BSFE share price might mean there was a glitch in the Mooretown process. Asked my broker to give Bob Pragg at Liviakis a call. (Unfortunately I do have to work during trading hours.) Thought I'd report that he still said things are on track (except apparently the 30 day comment period might mean 30 business days -- 6 weeks -- instead of a calander month). In any case, he said reports from the company were that public hearings went very well with no sign of the kind of community resistance faced in Fairhaven.

Pragg also said that through this waiting period Liviakis has not been promoting the stock heavily. As soon as the Mooretown permit is in they will again become more aggressive (e.g. conference calls and the like), I'm curious, will you or someone from management or Liviakis be presenting in September at the Westergaard Waldorf conference? I'd don't go to such things (being such a small potato) but can imagine it would help get the word out.
