EAGB reported third quarter results of $800,000+ revenue and substantial write off of Houston network. No set-top box delivered, software not suitable for Mpeg4/h.264 which had to be improved. Until set-top box can do Mpeg2(DirecTV style), all company activity is not going to be successful. This includes Miami cable ground station subscription business, which also depended on set-top boxes being compatible from Mpeg2 converted to Mpeg4/h.264.. Until the set-top box can be used to work with Mpeg2 codecs, the company will face bankruptcy. Derivative gambling maybe forgiven because of inability to pay off. Director resigned because of possible liability. Is it the final straw that broke the camel's back? The fact that Mpeg1/2/3/4 are not backwards compatible ever? Mpeg4/h.264 can only use cameras that encode mpeg4/h.264?
