Barron did it when he got in bed with La Jolla and AJW and the other individual financiers...... The reports you see published are weeks and months old. It is old information. Shearson and the transfer agent will not readily give you up-to-date share counts. SFNN shot their share wad long ago and are about to default on these contracts unless a reverse split is done to continue the death spiral. I did nothing but point out the truth of what was going on. IHub posters insisted no new shares were being distributed. I gave evidence there were new shares being distributed. I was called a liar and worse, then banned. Many of those posters have disappeared. It is all a con game. Frontloaders and boiler room pump jobs with AJW and the rest cleaning up on collective ignorance and stupidity. I was honest and demonstrated genuine supportive documentation of the facts. The reverse split is a done deal. No one can change it. There will be a few pump jobs but the end is the same - Shearson is worth nothing and the share price will ultimately reflect that worth.
