i remember a course i took on politics in night school the professor was full time harvard but taught this course at night at our college. He had experience working for a Senator staff in Washington, he was from Utah. I loved the course , he was a right in your face young guy, i would challenge his thoughts or explanations often as he opened up every week with questions on the material and gave his personal experiences and points of view.

One book he used for reference material was Ed. r. Morrow's book i forget the name of it. but it talked about the power of tv , news to influence.

I expect today if you stood on a position which the professor disagrees you get shot. this back in 60's and the guy never marked down for a difference of opinion and would acknowledge different points of view.
