I recieve a research piece from them each week, and Cisco is listed (has been for a while) as one of their "fresh money buys", with a target of $105. Targets are just guidelines, though. Most analyst recommendations have one as a guide to what he/she thinks the reasonable technical potential is for the stock in a healthy market. It's not gospel though, by any means.
