Re: I doubt they've got it right re: TSMC and Fusion. It seems far more likely to me, since Fusion is supposed to start out as a 2 die package, that TSMC could make the GPU die, which would be bulk silicon, while the CPU would continue to be SOI.

Paul, this may be true, but don't forget that eventually, AMD would like to combine graphics and CPU on a single die. In order to do that, both will have to be bulk, or both SOI. It could be that AMD is working on a bulk CPU design to enable an eventual transition. However, I highly doubt that it has taped out already, much less been received back for testing.
