Unless you like to watch molasses tricle in January, forget about the FDA and congressional committees. It is a good way to raise your blood pressure to unhealthy levels and ruin some pleasant days.
Just stay long the stock and be patient. It will happen when it happens and as Dick Jaffe says, you WILL be rewarded,
