For the record, I'm long Intel for the first time in a very long while. Bought 1/2 @ 25 and 1/2 @24.5 a few days ago. I've finally gotten set up for options as well, with an eye towards buying AMD puts. However, Hector does seem to be working pretty hard for the shareholders in terms of strategic issues, even as the company has cratered on the tactical front. Makes for an interesting investment environment!
