It's probably higher then that, but people will tell the pollster what they think the pollster wants to hear. Plus people here what the previous numbers were so they want to be in the majority.

I knew a guy who bragged that every Pres who won he voted for. he just waited until the last poll came out. a lot of people do that, that's why dems and repubs pay for polls to get the results they want
