Re: I saw that and almost chastised Charlie for using poor sources. Hey Pretender, you can criticize my analysis all you want, but I don't see you or anyone else coming up with a better one.... Why don't you tell me why AMD is stuck at 2.6GHz for 65nm, when they are about to introduce a brand new 3.2GHz bin on 90nm? Or why Barcelona is going to intro at 2.0GHz, down from a plan of 2.5GHz, and AMD is still too afraid to talk about how high the follow-ons are going to be...? If it's not leakage and process variation, tell me what it is.... I was hoping to get some discussion on the subject when I posted it on this forum, but people here pretend to be educated enough to criticise, but are in fact too ignorant to come up with a theory of their own.
