And certainly, if you knew for sure what I was doing was illegal, you would have had me out of here already, I'm assuming you have already found your answer....it's perfectly legal.

And as you know, I neither solicit nor recommend sale of purchase of this security.

But do answer the burning question of the Transfer Agent. Was it an intentional lie, or were you just trying to impress us with BS?
