Now if you want to argue that the INTC chips can go into sleep faster than AMD chips I doubt Pete would argue.

I don't. Pete believes that AMD chips are superior in virtually every way to Intel chips, reality notwithstanding. His posts (and failed predictions) over the years make this 'viewpoint' of his abundantly clear.
