24 July 2007 Menu:

BREAKFAST:
1 egg scrambled with onions
2 slices multi-grain toast with raspberry jam
1/2 cataloupe
1 1/2 cup Starbucks Antiquan blend

LUNCH:
Oregon bay shrimp on top of green salade (cherry tomatoes)
2 sesame bread sticks
Dasani water with lemon wedge
slice of apple pie (no ice cream)

DINNER:
2 soft chicken tacos and Rosarita hot sauce
yellow rice
strawberry margarita

I also had alot of water today, a couple energy bars, handful of chips.
