Is the goal of a country to eliminate crime?If so, how is this accomplished other than police boots on the ground?London's streets and subways are monitored with cameras everywhere and positive results can not be denied.
Conrad Black's obstruction of justice charge stems solely from security cameras.
Will national DNA database help to eliminate crime and how does this affect the average law abiding citizen?I think the average law abiding citizen cares less about national DNA database as he is concentrating on earning his daily bread.
