Tart cherry yes, Knudsens Tart cherry juice(not concntrated so you don't add water to the mix).

Based on my experience and reading, I think inflammation is the root cause of many, seemingly unrelated diseases, so I think an antiinflamatory regimen could be useful for many folks. Does not work on my political views though <g>.
