BNPD DD Sypnosis

Basically, BNPD is a company that recently launched a new energy drink. The product is considered extremely good and has a lot of potential. That is one of the reason why the CEO of Powerbrand decided to back the product and work with BNPD! If you do some DD on the energy drink market you will see that it is one of the hottest segment of the beverage industry right now.. (http://powerbrands.us/beverageInd.htm).

BNPD recently hired Powerbrand as their business partner. This is a HUGE plus for the company IMO. They are the marketing company that did the promotional work for Pepsi, Gatorade, Nestle, and Mountain Dew.Imagine what they could do for Lady Pinks and Bionic-Tonic.(http://powerbrands.us/index.htm)

Also, one of their PR stated that the company will be meeting with distributors in mid-August. The PR mentionned Loblaws, Sobeys and Alimentation Couche-Tard...Those retailers have over 1000 locations each. If they can sign with just one of them, the stock will go crazy.

We also know that the product is being distributed in various Clubs in Las Vegas and in different shops in Hawaii per the previous PRs and they are currently having some very positive feedbacks on the product!

And lastly, the company recently hired Downshire Capital as their investment Banker
