I seem to recall that at CCIR's conference call they talked about their plans and mentioned flex circuits and backplane assembly. They were asked about both by an analyst and had nothing concrete to report. But If SIGA is in flex this may be a reason for a renewed interest in SIGA by CCIR. Just a thought. Also as I recall the deal with SIGA may havefaltered because of toxic waste problems that SIGA had.But this could be speculation.
