U.S. prosecutors charged the former chief executive of Brooks Automation (BRKS.O: Quote, Profile, Research) with tax evasion related to a 1999 options grant, and brought securities fraud and conspiracy charges against the former chief financial officer of SafeNet Inc. reuters.com
