That must be the answer because we tried it tonight and we thought the chicken was a little tough and not that much flavor. I am sure it is that other seasoning which helped the dish along. We are going to use the leftovers in chicken salad sandwiches - without the onions. They will go into a focaccia.

(Interestingly, the spell check here objects to focaccia even though that is the way it is spelled in the dictionary???)
