The last swing up from July 18 low is a little problematic. I'm not sure whether it is a weak 5th counting from the June low, or W2 off the mid-July top.

The decline of the last 3 days certainly looks like a "3" - or, a 3 of 3(or C). In either case - agree - today's bounce looks like a start of a 4. Have a feeling Mr. M. will need to do a little more business to the downside before deciding what to do next.
