Don't get me wrong, it was good... and I did cut the chicken up after cooking it the first time into about 1 inch pieces. Maybe I needed more salt or something? I did add it to the chicken before cooking it. Took about 1/2 the leftovers and made the chicken salad this morning with celery, blue cheese and mayo. Now THAT tastes wonderful. The rest will go for Chinese.
