Broker dealers trying to get back inventory recently bought, the new money flowing into the market is gotta be churned. They always go after that new money because they filled most of the orders with bogus supply, and will always attempt to get back the paper creating enormous profits for themselves. Margin accounts and stop loss orders equal "targets of opportunity, during all periods of the Taking.

The yield achieved during this period will determine how long the sideways and negative trend lasts, Look out to October as a good guess for the duration of this project.
