Scare birds? Get one of those plastic Owls. Guaranteed to scare off your birds. Of course, I'm a bird lover. I have two Mockingbirds, Purple Martins and Scissortail Flycatchers that visit me every year. I whistle and talk to them. The Mockingbird is fearless. He does tricks for me and even has flown onto the railing of my front deck while I'm sitting there. I like fruits but wouldn't sacrifice my birds for them. My yard is full of numerous musical shows and aerial exibitions every day. Jim
