Can't remember where I heard it but someone said the market had lost faith in the bond rating agencies and that had caused the recent freeze up in credit. What do you think will have to happen to restore confidence or get the spigots flowing again? Will we create some quasi-governmental bond ensuring entity? Are we going to enter a period where nobody will borrow any amount of money even when it is literally being shoved down our throats?
