He convinced you that "Jihad" is about inner struggle. That's a minor use of the term by moderates. The main use of "Jihad" in the Koran is, and always will be, to kill or enslave all non-Muslims. But the Imams and the rest of the crowd need to convince you otherwise.

They want to keep you nice and contented while on your march to the ovens.
