Responding from a Vista x64 machine. Our engineering department is going to XP x64. There are a few Vista x64 compatibility issues we've (I've) discovered that don't exist in XP-64. I've been running XP x64 at home since it came out for evaluation purposes for work. Only issue I've found is I used to have issues with iTunes. When we go to Vista we have developed a list of changes to make that make it behave more like XP.
